In working towards our Vision and embracing LogiCamms' core Values, our graduate engineers have strong technical abilities and take a client-focused approach to deliver outstanding, fit for purpose solutions.
Our graduate program starts with a career development plan followed by guided rotations across business divisions, and training opportunities aligned with the Engineers Australia Professional Development Programme (PDP). The program is structured to meet both the demands of a Chartered Professional Engineer accreditation (CPEng) and the competencies needed to succeed in the business world. You can benefit from strong mentors with years of experience.
