Mr David Humann (Chairman)

davidhumannDavid is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Practising Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  He was Chairman and Senior Partner of PriceWaterhouse (Hong Kong and China firm) from 1986 until 1994. He was also managing partner of PriceWaterhouse Asia Pacific Region and a member of the world board of PriceWaterhouse and the global firm's executive management committee based in London and New York. David was formerly a member of the Australia and New Zealand firm's executive and policy committee.  David is currently Chairman of Braemore Resources Plc, Matrix Metals Limited, Mincor Resources NL and Safe Effect Technologies Limited. He is a Non Executive Director of Exxaro Australia Sands Pty Ltd.  David's previous non executive board roles included Chairmanship of both MacMahon Holdings Ltd and Tethyan Copper, and non executive director of India Resources Ltd and Monarch Gold Limited.

 


 Mr Adam Keats (Managing Director)

adamkeatsAdam joined Camms in 1992 to manage all commercial aspects of the business. He has held a number of administrative, financial, business development and strategic development roles during his tenure at Camms and has been a key driver in the development of Camms, culminating in his appointment as Managing Director in December 2002. Most recently Adam has driven the merger of Camms and Logitech and the initial public offering of the Company.  Adam has held board positions with the Water Industry Alliance in South Australia, was a councillor of the SA & NT division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) for 5 years and is a Fellow of the AICD. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia.

 


Mr Peter Wall AM (Non Executive Director)

peterwallPeter has been Non Executive Chairman of Camms since joining Camms in 2001. Peter during his career has held senior management and director positions within S. Smith & Son (The Yalumba Wine Company) for over 35 years. Since retiring from day to day management he has been involved in corporate governance through directorships of S. Smith and Sons and other companies and statutory boards. He is also working in relation to research and international trade facilitation for the wine industry. As a senior executive and board member of many business organisations over the years, Peter brings an emphasis on fiduciary, prudential, statutory and due diligence issues.

 


Mr Garry McGrechan (Location Director, Western Operations)

garrymcgrechanGarry, together with Wayne Kirby, was a founding director of Logitech. In addition to managing the day to day needs of the personnel within Logitech, Garry has also been the project director for many major projects in the iron ore industry and has grown the Logitech business through contracts held directly with mining companies and via major consulting companies in Western Australia.  Prior to founding Logitech, Garry worked as a senior project manager for Minenco and for Mt Newman Mining carrying out projects for Rio Tinto and BHP mines and ports.




Dr Chris Greig (Non Executive Director)

chrisgreigDr Chris Greig is a chemical engineer with 25 years experience in the engineering, construction and resource industries.Chris founded an engineering and construction business upon graduating from university which grew to be a significant international player in the sugar industry before being sold to a listed French engineering group Fives Cail Babcock. Since that time Chris has held senior executive positions in construction and resource companies in Australia, and is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Western Metals Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Golding Contractors.

 

 


Mr Damian Young (Non Executive Director)

damianyoungDamian is a non executive director of LogiCamms with a Chemical Engineering degree  from the University of Adelaide and a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne. Damian spent 16 years with Mobil Oil including senior positions in Operations, Maintenance and Projects and  6 years as General Manager of the Adelaide Refinery. He has also held senior management positions with Santos, GasNet (now APA) , Worley Parsons at Olympic Dam and Cleanaway.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers and prior to joining the Board spent 6 months as the branch Manager of LogiCamms Central.

 

 


Mr Ian Hobson (Company Secretary)

Ian is a chartered accountant who has his own practice and acts as company secretary and non-executive director of various ASX listed companies, namely MKY Corporation Ltd, Sultan Corporation Ltd and TVN Corporation Ltd.  Prior to commencing his own practice, Ian had over 20 years' experience working in large chartered accounting firms specialising in consulting, corporate finance, due diligence and corporate reconstruction. Ian has also held roles as general manager in several commercial enterprises and has worked in London and Toronto. Ian is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has lectured in accounting for the AICD's company director course for 12 years.
