Mr Peter Watson, Non-Executive Chairman

peterwatsonPeter brings high value, strategic advice and leadership to LogiCamms as an accomplished professional with over 25 years international experience in engineering, construction and services industries. As former Chief Executive Officer of global services group, Transfield Services (ASX:TSE) from 1999 to 2009, Peter stewarded the company through its listing in 2001 and led its transformation from a local operator to a global business. Prior to his tenure as Chief Executive, Peter undertook a variety of project and management roles with Transfield Services and Transfield Construction. He also serves as Chairman of Save the Children Australia, Regional Rail Link Authority in Victoria and AssetCo.


Mr Steve Banning, Managing Director

stevebanningbodSteve brings to LogiCamms extensive experience across resources and energy industries in a variety of senior roles. Most recently he was CEO of energy transmission company, Epic Energy, from 2007 to 2011. During that time Steve lead the business through a period of significant growth in its infrastructure under management, particularly in relation to services to the hydrocarbons sector. His previous experience includes roles as General Manager Commercial of Epic Energy and Group Manager at Duke Energy International.


Mr Giles Everist, Non-Executive Director

gileseveristGiles joined LogiCamms in 2011 bringing over 20 years experience. He has held senior executive roles with Coopers and Lybrand, Rio Tinto, Fluor Australia and more recently Monadelphous Group where he was Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2009, during which the company experienced significant growth and development. Since that tenure Giles has joined a number of Boards in the public, private and not for profit sectors including Decmil Group Limited, Surtron Technologies and Perth Home Care Services. Giles is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales).


Mr Peter Wall AM, Non-Executive Director

bod peterwallPeter has been Non Executive Chairman of LogiCamms upon joining Camms in 2001. During his career Peter has held Senior Management and Director positions within S. Smith and Sons (The Yalumba Wine Company) for over 35 years. Since retiring from day to day management he has been involved in corporate governance through directorships of S. Smith and Sons and other companies and statutory boards. He is also working in research and international trade facilitation for the wine industry. As a senior executive and board member of many organisations over the years, Peter brings an emphasis on fiduciary, prudential, statutory and due diligence issues.


Mr Damian Young, Non-Executive Director

bod damianyoungDamian is a non executive director of LogiCamms with a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Adelaide and a Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne. Damian spent 16 years with Mobil Oil including senior positions in Operations, Maintenance and Projects and 6 years as General Manager of the Adelaide Refinery. He has also held senior management positions with Santos, GasNet (now APA), WorleyParsons at Olympic Dam and Cleanaway. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers and prior to joining the Board spent 6 months as the branch Manager of LogiCamms' Southern business.


Mr Paul Bowker, Company Secretary

paulbowker2Paul is a qualified Lawyer with a regulatory and compliance background gained from working as a lawyer for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Since then, Paul has worked as a corporate lawyer in London for Linklaters as well as having worked as lawyer at AGL. While at AGL, Paul also worked as Manager Gas Development with a focus on the company’s upstream gas assets and in particular the coal seam methane industry.
