Project Management Consultant (PMC)
LogiCamms uses a cross-company approach to project delivery that ensures continual focus on appropriate front-end loading and risk management. Our clients have direct access to the LogiCamms corporate team and assignment of project sponsors to ensure all projects are successful and challenges are resolved as they arise.
EPC / EPCM
LogiCamms offers multidiscipline engineering capabilities from early involvement to FEED, Detailed Design and Delivery.
Our established procurement procedures can be tailored to each clients' needs. We undertake assessment of subcontractors in compliance with our ISO Quality Management System, identify long lead items early during the engineering phase of the project, and offer flexibility to procure on behalf of our client using our clients' terms and conditions.
We ensure constructability is incorporated into all facets of engineering. We undertake constructability reviews; design for maximum off-site fabrication, testing and pre-assembly; minimise impact to operations; minimise site works and associated risks; and modular fabrication and assembly.
