2013

  • LogiCamms acquires ITL Engineering, a leading New Zealand based specialist in oil and gas engineering services and project delivery with an international track record. The acquisition of ITL represents an important step in the continued growth and success of LogiCamms’ hydrocarbons strategy.

2012

  • LogiCamms continues to strengthen its core services of engineering, project delivery and asset management and gains traction across diverse industry sectors
  • In line with growth to nearly 500 people, the company expands its Brisbane office and CBD office relocations take shape in Perth, Adelaide and Whyalla

2011

  • LogiCamms acquires Power Supply Services and Training, a Perth-based training provider servicing major operators in Western Australia, expanding the company's national footprint in niche electrical, instrumentation and hazardous area training
  • LogiCamms expands to over 400 people, and pursues its commitment to high quality solutions in multidiscipline engineering, project delivery and asset management

2010

  • MPA Consulting Engineers merges with LogiCamms bringing process, civil, structural, mechanical and piping engineering capabilities to the business and enhancing opportunities in a variety of resources markets
  • The company now services a range of customers in the mining and minerals, oil and gas, specialist and infrastructure industries
  • LogiCamms is driven to provide its clients with continued superior service and expanding expertise, and its investors with profitable growth opportunities
  • The company grows to 320 staff Australia-wide

2009

  • LogiCamms merges with engineering services business Process Essentials, increasing LogiCamms' capabilities in process engineering and exposure to a range of specialised markets
  • The company employs 200 people

2008

  • Paterson Flood Engineers merges with LogiCamms, enhancing the company's offering in electrical engineering construction and opportunities in key resources markets
  • LogiCamms acquires Competency Training and expands training centres and onsite courses nationally
  • The combined company has 190 employees

2007

  • Camms and Logitech merge to form LogiCamms, establishing a corporate office in Perth, Western Australia
  • The company successfully lists on the Australian Securities Exchange with shares issued to the marketplace being over-subscribed

2005

  • Paterson Flood Engineers establishes dedicated electrical and hazardous area training business, Competency Training

2003

  • Hepburn Schinkel Engineering name changed to Process Essentials Pty Ltd

2000

  • Process Essentials founded in Queensland by Ann Schinkel and Jason Hepburn (operating under Hepburn Schinkel Engineering Pty Ltd)
  • Core capabilities – specialist process and chemical engineering services to minerals processing and general industry

1998

  • Mackay, Queensland, office established by Paterson Flood Engineers

1993

  • Logitech Consultants founded in Western Australia by Wayne Kirby and Garry McGrechan
  • Core capabilities – contract process control systems and engineering to mining, materials handling, processing and manufacturing industries

1991

  • MPA Consulting Engineers founded in Queensland by Gary Waterton and Allan McCamley
  • Core capabilities – multidisciplinary engineering services to mining, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure sectors

1989

  • Paterson Flood Engineers founded in Queensland by Mark Flood and Ian Paterson
  • Core capabilities – general electrical engineering consultancy servicing mining and infrastructure sectors

1988

  • Camms Process Control founded in South Australia by the late Barry Keats
