Managing Director - Steve Banning
Steve brings to LogiCamms extensive experience across resources and energy industries in a variety of senior roles. Most recently Steve was CEO of energy transmission company, Epic Energy, from 2007 to 2011. During that time Steve led the business through a period of significant growth in its infrastructure under management, particularly in relation to services to the hydrocarbons sector. His previous experience includes roles as General Manager Commercial of Epic Energy and Group Manager at Duke Energy International.
Strategy and Developments Director - Karsten Guster
Karsten has over 18 years onshore and offshore international hydrocarbons project experience with a dispassionate understanding of industry shifts and trends. This understanding is supported by his strategic roles as General Manager of Global Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions for WorleyParsons, Executive Development Manager for emerging markets, Lead Project Manager for Woodside, Contract Performance Manager for KBR and Field Facilities Engineer for ExxonMobil in the North Sea. He established legacy services contracts for Woodside, BP Global, RasGas Qatar and ConocoPhillips.
Chief Financial Officer - Matthew Adamo
Matthew has over 15 years experience as a Chartered Accountant with 6 years with Ernst and Young in their Assurance Advisory and Corporate Finance departments. Since then he has held various senior finance and accounting roles including Divisional Financial Controller, and Commercial and Finance Manager for major business segments with Shell International and WorleyParsons. Matthew's most recent role was General Manager Corporate Development with WorleyParsons Limited with international scope.
People and Culture Director - Flora Furness
Flora has over 20 years in human resources, organisational development and advisory roles in the energy, resources and insurance sectors. Her track record includes her executive role in the establishment and implementation of growth strategies for start up companies including the third largest global oil and gas group. She has restructured major businesses including their executive team and the board. Her skills have also extended to international mandates working with the World Bank to develop human resources strategies for the Indonesian Government.
