Further to the Capital Raising announcement dated 21 April 2011, LogiCamms Limited is pleased to advise it has completed the placement of 6.8 million shares at $1.25 per share to raise $8.5 million (before costs).
The funds will be used to increase balance sheet strength to support future project opportunities. The Placement was made to new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors pursuant to the Company's 15% placement capacity under listing rule 7.1.
